Peppermint and Lavender Salt Bath Recipe

It’s so simple to make your own products.

Ingredients: 

150g Epsom salts or fine grain Himalayan pink salts
12 drops lavender essential oil
6 drops of peppermint

Blend well and store in a reusable kiln jar. Add a handful to a warm bath and soak.

This salt bath is detoxing and relaxing for those kind to self moments.

To use as an exfoliator, add 125ml of grapeseed or sweet almond oil (if you’re not allergic). Mix well and use by the handful, applying the salts in a circular motion on the body.
